Pictured is the control panel for a 100 kVA cable fault locator constructed to PECO Energy's specifications. The system is basically a diesel M/G set, and a step-up, tap changing transformer mounted in a heavy-duty panel truck. An Allen Bradley PLC handles all controlling functions.
